Where on the internet can I find free crochet patterns for 13-15 inch dolls?

There are some patterns on the internet which look like they may be free but are not and tons of patterns for Barbie/friends but not really for other dolls this size. Am particularlly interested in a Christening gown set, or other layette and both boy and girl patterns. Looking for "baby doll" size just smaller than Cabbage Patch dolls size....looking for crochet not knitted ones as I cannot knit...also dont need stuff for Barbie or other fashion dolls but thanks for all the answers
