Crochet patterns?
I love to crochet, but I am not that good at following a pattern - you know the complicated ones that change every new row. If it's something that constantly repeats itself, I usually do pretty well. Anyone got any patterns that I could use and be good at? Thanks answerers, you all rock. Please no nasty replies, it's getting old!

- This is a good site for free patterns.. www.lionbrand.com They also have instructions too.. Good luck
- What kind are you looking for? I have patterns for blankets which use yarn. I also have patterns for doilies that use the crochet thread. I would be willing to copy them and mail them. All I need is an address.
- When you are looking at the free online pattern sites and choosing patterns to do, look for key words like 'Quick' and 'Easy' in the pattern names. If you go to the pattern sites below and choose the category of 'Afghans' for example, look for those words in the names of the patterns; they won't use complicated stitch combinations. http://www.crochetpatterncentral.com/directory.php http://home.inreach.com/marthac/links.html http://crochet.about.com/library/blfreepatts1.htm http://www.freepatterns.com/categories/welcome.html (sign-up required, but safe) http://www.lionbrand.com/ (sign-up required, but safe) Another idea might be to try a charted or graphed pattern pattern. Here's links for those: http://home.inreach.com/marthac/graph.html http://crochet.about.com/library/blfreecharts.htm They would be all in the same stitch and you would just be changing colors. Check the 'tips' sections of these sites. I've found lots of great ideas that make crocheting easier for me.
- there are easy to follow patterns here: www.crochetme.com if you know how to make granny squares (or even just squares with different colored lines) you can use the squares for many projects such as hats, bags, blankets, toys, wrist bands
