how do i cover up stitches on my foot to teach swim lessons?

i teach swimming lessons and have to get in the water, but i need to cover up my stitches that i got on friday. the cut is only about an inch long, so its not that big. im usually in the water for 1 1/2 hours straight and thats it. people tell me that water will leak in so i need a way to keep it out and keep those damn stitches dry. lol. thank youuu!!

1. wrap it in alot of athletic tape, then go over it with duct tape, this will make a water proof seal around your stitches
2. use athletic tape or duck tape or try wrapping it with plastic then with duck tape
