1. I had the same issue when I bought my sewing machine. I found the best way to get help is to call Sewing machine shops...a dying breed but the yellow pages will help. Even if they say they don't know or don't do that, ask them if they know anyone who does. Try craft shops also, Michaels, AC morre, The Rag Shop, etc.. If not, ummm try going down to a senior citizens home. They may be more than willing to help out! Good Luck! This will not be an easy task...
