Where can I get a free instruction manual for a Toyota Ks787 Knitting machine?

2. It's hard to find free copies of manuals for KM's. I only know of one company that allows you to download from their website for free, and that is Brother. Your best option is to join Knittingmachines group on Yahoo (link below), and ask someone to make you a copy. However, many knitters I know are hesitant to copy manuals, because of copyright issues. I don't agree with this, because in my opinion, the KM companies stopped manufacturing, and left us owners in the lurch, nice! I know they don't have a lifelong commitment to us owners, but why haven't they gone the Brother way, and at least made the manuals downloadable for free? Another option is to try Newtons, they imported Toyota machines for years, and I am sure they have a manual, perhaps at a reasonable price?
