Do you live in NYC?Ever been to the Knitting Factory (bar)?

If so.....Is there a train station near the knitting factory? Like how many blocks away? Its just cause I want to go to a show there soon. And my moms wont let me go if there isnt a train station near there. :[ (Cause its at night and blah blah) We going to check it out morrow and I just wanna know beforehand.

1. I have been there a bunch of times by train I assume you mean subway? You can take the 1 or 9 train to Franklin Street, walk one block south to Leonard, turn left and walk a block & a half to the club. You can take the A, C or E train to Canal Street, walk 4 blocks south and turn left on Leonard. You could also take the N or R train to Canal Street, walk down Broadway 4 blocks to Leonard, turn right, and see the club at the far end of the block. If you are unfamiliar with the the downtown area click here for a full MTA New York City Subway Map other than that the NJ Transit Trains and LIRR run into 34th st Metro North is out of grand central. the path trains go to World Trade Center Christopher st. 9th St and then 34th st.
