Where can I find trendy knitting patterns for babies clothes?
I enjoy knitting and would love to make baby clothes for an expected baby in the family. All the patterns I've seen are very dated. Anyone know where I can get some that are more up-to-date and a bit different from the usual matinee jacket?

- Debbie Stoller's Stitch N' B*tch books are great. Very current patterns, especially in the new one, Stitch N' B*tch Nation. (oh, wow, b*tch is a verboten word here.)

- Sirdar have some real trendy patterns> Also Debbie Bliss has some unusual ones .If you buy the monthly Knitting mag from WH Smith there are a whole range of companys you can look at on the web to find that unusual pattern you want.A good site to look at is Laughing Hens also Kangaroo yarns. If you have a local Hobbycraft Ours now have great selaection of patterns and fancy yarns for that special knit.Happy knitting
- try about.com, or maybe u could replace the dull colours with some new and better ones.
