Where can I find clothing like Hugh Jackman in "Kate and Leopold"?

Also like Patrick Dempsey in the final scenes of "Enchanted". It seems to be based on equestrian apparel. That's just a guess based on the tall boots that they both wear. The coat is my main problem, but if there is a place to find everything, then I'd be more than excited for that as well. The only thing I've been able to find is the "Brocaded Versailles Coat" on various websites. It is black and gold. While it looks nice, I would prefer ones more like the ones in "Kate and Leopold" or "Enchanted". With embroidery and tails on the back. The tails make it much more elegant in my opinion. If nothing else, I'd appreciate the website information for a talented tailor who specializes in making custom pieces like these. Thanks much in advance! :D
