Are embroidery stitches better if they are bigger?

1. i think that would depend on what you are stitching. a pattern, a name, etc.but i think the smaller the better. my mom has machines that are computerized that do embroidery, they are really amazing.
2. No. It depends on the project you are working on and the size of the thread you are using. Fine work is lovely, but not necessarily better.
3. Depends on the project, thread, design and needle, and of course the fabric you are using.
