How do you do embroidery stitches using a Singer 4423?

hello, i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to do embroidery stitches using this machine, i haven't got the manual and can't work it out. thanks. possibly posted in wrong category -oops

  1. If you don';t have a manual you can get one on line. Is embroidery stitches a feature of your machine? If it is I imagine they would be in with the stretch stitches and there should be a code somewhere on the machine that tells you the stitches
  2. There is a dial that has a zig zag picture,s on it turn it to the one you want,
  3. Not used them myself, but here: If your machine takes the same feet at the 'touch&sew' range you can have my old one for the cost of postage. Email me.
