Where can I purchase custom embroidery flip flops if I only need about 20 pairs?

I've looked everywhere online and I can't find a retailer that will do custom embroidery on flip flops where the minimum purchase isn't 100 pairs or more. I can find custom ebroidery on everything else.... just not flip flops!
