What are the people who do custom embroidery called?

If I wanted to look up someone like this, what would I search under? Thanks! I'm looking for someone to do embroidery with sequins and beads on a gown :)

3. Contact fabric stores who sell formal and wedding fabric; and stores who sell sewing machines, especially the high-end ones.
