Help! Would this logo need to be digitized to be embroidered?

I want to embroider some shirts and the embroidery companies are saying that it will cost $90 more if my logo has to be digitized. BUT THE SHOP SAYS THAT VERY SIMPLE LOGOS DO NOT NEED TO BE DIGITALIZED, THEY CAN EMBROIDER IT ON THE SPOT. does this qualify? 2. It seems very simple because it is just letters and a border but for placement and size the company might digitize it. Also it can differ with different companies so I would ask whichever company you plan to go with directly.
