I'd like to buy a custom made embroidery to add on my suit, how do I do?

As the title says; I'd like to buy a custom made embroidery to add on my suit! What companies sell custom made embroideries of high quality to sweden? How do i add the embroidery to my suit, are there any special method to do it? I don't know whether the embroidery is attached to the suit in the factory or not. If that is the case, I am willing to buy a completely new suit, but from where can I do that?
