Stitches

I enlarged a embroidery design and I retain fill stitches, but when I went to stitch out the design, there was?

stitch out the design there was a gap. I tried to add stitches but it did not come out right. I have a Designer SE sewing machine and 4D embroidery Extra software. Can someone tell me how to exactly do this.
