Anyone in the embroidery business?

We're about to start an embroidery business and we're trying to get it running by August. We're starting small with a Tajima one head TFMX-C 1501 15 needle machine. We want to get a web site going as well: one website for the business in general and one website for digitizing. Does anyone have a Tajima machine or an embroidery business that could help us if questions arise? We might have to out source our digitizing at first until I learn the Pulse software, so if anyone's interested in giving me some prices for that, I'm open. Any advice that you could give about starting this type of business would be greatly appeciated...

There are ALOT of sites that can help you with this...the ones the other person wrote about are really good startin points...My suggestion is to just spend several hours on the computer typing in embroidery and seeing what you find. I have found everything I need to know about my embroidery business online. You just really have to look....something relavant to one business may not be to yours... Another place is the Yahoo embroidery GROUPS- they are free to join and offer lots of advise and free designs to learn to digitize with. They can also lead you to sites with digitizing tutorials, and even sites that will do your digitizing pretty quick. Good Hunting!
