how to change the tension on a brother pe150 embroidery machines?

my up thread gets stuck in the bobbin and the bobbin thread shows on the top

1. The tension is preset at the factory and never has to be changed. If the thread is getting stuck in the bobbin then it could be threaded wrongly or the timing is out somehow. At the back of the instruction book there is often a list of common problems and how to fix them.
