Stitches

Can anyone help me with casting on - knitting?

So I'm sitting with wool and knitting needles infront of me and I know how to knit and cast of I just don't know how to cast on if anyone could offer a simple easy technique to doing it that would be great thanks:)

2. OKAY THIS VIDEO I was gonna quiet and then I found this. Then when you get better you'll find better ones that wont loosen as much but these are fine.
