I have been looking for knitting patterns?

I am looking for easy knitting patterns for newborn baby girl or boy things. One in particular is the baby girls Mary Jane booties. I have found a couple, but they get very confusing at the end. If anyone has any patterns that they would like to share with me, I would be very thankful!

As for the confusion: Pick a pattern, knit what you can, and then come back here to ask your questions. Someone who posts at Yahoo! Answers can probably help you through the confusing parts.
3. Go to Ravelry.com and join (free). There are lots of patterns there and also lots of experienced knitters and crocheters who would be willing to help you with any problems you may encounter with your knitting.
