Why are my corners folding over on crochet afghan?
I have about 7" of my blanket crocheted 3 rows single, 1 row triple, alternating and the top corners are folding over...The sides are even though so I'm not sure what's going on. Is this even a problem or will it correct itself? Thanks!

- The three rows of single crochet are creating a fold and may be done a bit too tightly. I would finish the afghan and if it is still folding over, go along the top edge with a row of triples and that should help it straighten out.
- When you add an edging it will straighten up and have a finished look.
- You say that the "top corners" are folding over. By that I presume you mean the most recent row that you have worked. In that case they should flatten as you go. If you have a tendency to work tight stitches this will tend to curl more than a loose stitch. I had to work very hard to stop making tight stitches. Everyone works with a different tension but I found that in all my projects the gauge was always way off. By working looser, my swatch was closer to the gauge and more importantly, I found my end product looked better. Also different yarns work up 'stiffer' than others.
