I am looking for some help on digitizing embroidery designs. I have a gap in my design where the lines are.?

- Have you done a test stitch yet? The gap may be there for a reason. What kind of software are you using? Different softwares use different methods. If you can, stretch the fill area to the line, or simply move the line in to the fill - in your digitizing software.

- There can be a few reasons for this... - one could be your pull compensation. If you increase it to .2 that should take care of it. - If the gap is on the stitchout and not in the design software, it could be that you are using the wrong type of stabilizer for your fabric. Correcting this could help. - Sometimes the order your colours are stitched in can contribute to this problem...try ordering your colours so that the last colour stitched is the one that is beside the outline. There are several Yahoo Groups for each type of digitizing software which, if you are a member, are happy to help with these type problems and give great advice.
