Does anyone have a knitting pattern of 'little miss muffet' by Alan Dart, that they would be willingly to sell?

be willingly to sell to me? Apparently it was given away with a magazine. I've tried to get a back issue from 'simply knitting magazine., but it is not available anymore. Appreciate any help. Maybe some kind person would photocopy it for me. I am willing to pay the postage. My Grand daughter is desperate for me to knit this for her.
