What do we call the tailor who stitches clothes for WOMEN?

and what do we call the tailor who stitches clothes for MEN?

1. MEN = tailor WOMEN = seamstress
2. Tailor and seamstress refer to the gender of the person sewing. I don't think they say anything about whether they sew women's or men's clothing.
3. I've patronized tailors who make clothing for men and women; the tailor is still called a tailor. By the same token, a seamstress who makes clothing for men would likely still call herself a seamstress.
