Which knitting embroidery stitch is most reversible?
I need to embroider a scarf but I don't want it to look weird on the other side. I also don't have a sewing machine. Any suggestions?

- An option is embroider like you normally would then on the side of the scarf that looks a little weird hand sew some flannel to the scarf. So one side of the scarf would be knit with embroidery and the other side soft cozy flannel. Just make sure you get the perfect match of fabric so it doesn't look odd.
- you can do a chain stitch embroidery on the surface without going through the back http://www.wonderhowto.com/how-to-chain-stitch-embroidery-fro-knitting-projects-255202/
