disney pe 190d brother embroidery sewing machine?

I am unable to use my new PE 190D embroidery machine. I want to do one of the inbuilt stitches but have trouble starting it. the manual that came with it has nothing in in about Mickey *& friends. I cannot get a lesson nearby and there is no dvd to learn from.

1. i dont know about this particular brother machine, have you tried on their webpage, i heve a regular brother machine and they are very sensible to the bobins you use the quality of the thread, and every detail counts. Just be patient and try to start on a little model
