a free cross stitch pattern maker online?

hi! please help! i want to make a cross stitch pattern from a picture that i have. i need an online free pattern maker, preferably not a download. i need one that makes pretty easy patterns because i want this for a project that i am going to enter in the state fair! so of course i need it easier so it will be faster to make so i can have it in time. any suggestions or input? thanks!

1. Try http://iktsoft.com it is a download but it is free and converts patterns easily.
