How do I keep embroidery in a hoop permanently?
I decided to work on embroidery projects specifically for wall art, but I don't know how to finish the edge of the fabric, do I glue it to the hoop (the hoop is wood), or just trim really close to the edge. I want it to be in the hoop permanently, but I want a finished edge, any help would be appreciated, thanks!

- Either way would work - I'd trim it close to the hoop.
- When I have done this I cut the fabric about 1/2 inch from edge , then I just take a glue gun and run glue around the inside edge of the hoop and tuck the cut fabric edge into the glue then i take some contrasting fabric and run glue around the hoop and put it on the contrasting fabric then cut right to the edge of the hoop, then trim this cut edge by gluing with ribbon or rick-rack
