how do i care for my toenail after having stitches removed from an ingrown removal surgery?

i got my stitches removed from my ingrown toenail and was wondering if the purple and white near the wound is normal and if the itching is normal?

1. Why did you have stichies? Ive had 4 ingrown toenails and i have never had to get stitches.!?!
