Primitive embroidery patterns?

Some good friends are celebrating their 10th this year and I'd like to make them something. I want to find a pattern for an embroidered muslin piece with their last name and wedding year to frame. I really just need some design ideas so that I can kind of do it by hand from there. Her style is sort of primitive/country. Oh,maybe a chunky barn red frame to go with. Know any sites to look at with these types of things? Any and all are welcomed ! Thank you!!
