Trauma Center: SO for Wii?

I'm at the episode where you have to work on Dr. Hoffman and the guilt is in his heart. I get to the part where I inject the serum and both of the surgons use their healing touches and the guilt is slashing up his heart, i keep stitching up the wounds but i run out of time. I have no idea what to do after u inject the serum.

1. Been a long time since I played Second Opinion, but I think I remember what mission that is, and basically, you have to cheat. Throughout the first section of the surgery you have to avoid using the Healing Touch. If you do use it there, you cannot win. You have to wait until Derek uses his Touch automatically to slow down time, then use the Healing Touch *again* (which shouldn't be possible according to the game) to completely stop time. While time is stopped, you can leisurely inject the GUILT once for the win.
