how long is the average time span you have to keep stitches in for a mole removed?

i didn't ask my doctor today how long the stitches would have to stay in, and i get it done on monday so i would like to know how long exactly would be i would keep the stitches in after the removal was over? its a very very small mole, like smaller than end of a pen

1. call the office & ask. some sutures are dissolving. NEVER leave a doctor's office without fully understanding your treatment, diagnosis, and discharge instructions.
