What is the easiest embroidery stitch to do?

Name of stitch and details please. Thanks need some for homework :/

1. Running stitch. You pretty much just go in and out of the fabric in a straight line. It looks like this on both sides of the fabric: - - - - - - - -
2. There are quite a few really. Cross stitch is easy Stem Stitch Back stitch
