Can I open my own brandname clothing store like stitches, gap, old navy etc...?

1. No those names are copy protected. You would never be issued a permit
2. Do You Mean To Like Franchise A Store Yes If You Meant Make Your OWN store Then Yes If You Want To Make It Known You Should Put It In A Mall. But Both Cost A Big Deal Of Money
3. Those types of store are company owned so you couldn't open one. There are smaller chains that allow franchising and you could certainly open one of thise if you purchase the franchise. Your other option would be to create your own store that sells brand name clothes.
