how can autostitch metafiles with Stitch ERA home embroidery software?

I'd like to do Art 2 Stitch with Stitch ERA Lite and cannot download files from the microsoft.com download area. The ms site is http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/clipart/default.aspx The Stitchera is http://www.stitchera.com/

1. When you choose one or several clipart or image files from microsoft download site, you'll be prompted to choose a format in which you may read them according to your MS Office Suite version. Say, you choose the Older versions, all files are grouped in a single file with ".cil" extension which can be opened with the Microsoft Clip Gallery tool that comes with the Suite. Then, when you double click that "cil" file a window will popup showing all the files you selected before. There you'll be able to manage those files, or simply click and dragging 'em outside the window to another window in order to place a copy of that file. This is my way to get funny clipart cartoons and give STITCH ERA a clean set of colors and shapes to work with.
