Does anyone out there have a crochet pattern in the magazine Goodhousekeeping Needlecraft...?

...Spring/Summer 1971. It has a crochet pattern in it for a pineapple poncho. Where do I go if I cant find it here,how do you get a back issuse of a magazine?
