2. Dont listen to her you can just get it off ebay not that expensive i have one to and it runs well i bought it off ebay.
3. You could try doing it yourself by purchasing a cross stitch program. There are a few on the market that you can try first. http://dpsoftware.com and http://easycross.co.uk they are not overly expensive to buy. There are companies that will convert pictures to cross stitch online if you google it there will be someone offering to do it.
4. Artecy.com in Australia does it if nothing else works out for you. I don't know the charge but they do list a phone number if your interested. EDIT Forgot to mention you can probably do it all by email but ask her.
