How should i style my hair when there is a stitch in my head and my hair is oily?

i have a stitch in my head because well dont worry about that and i can't wash my hair for 3 days its the 2nd day now and my hair is oily and i dont know how to style my hair so people dont notice my oily hair i cant brush it at the front cause its at the front not front front but front in the middle so i cant brush it there so its hard when i tie my hair up without having heaps of big bumps like messy hair u know so wat should i do?

2. do it like the messy style were u keep ur original hair waves and just brush it back with ur fingers putting it in a loos ponytail. avoid the front bump kinds style as it really shows the greasy hair.
