does anyone know where to find FREE instruction on converting knitting patterns to crochet?

so basically im mentally incapable of holding two needles and creating anything thats worth showing, sooooo i need help finding out how to convert knitting patterns to crochet. and if anyone else is doin the same...is it worth trying??

  3. Like I always say, try an online search. I have seen some individual patterns converted, but not a generic conversion method. I would search for "convert knit crochet", something like that.

They are short stitches, always the same length, whereas crochet stitches are more sculptural and can be any length you'd like. So you will get a comparable item, not an exact copy of the original pattern. If that's what you want, you'll have to learn the other craft!
