Will there ever be an openly gay Disney Prince/Princess/lead character?

There have been a lot of camp Disney characters (like Pleakley from Lilo and Stitch and Ron from Kim Possible), but no openly gay characters. Do you think that Disney will EVER have a gay lead character (cartoon only, not live action) such as a Prince, Princess or other lead? If so, how long will it be. Will we ever see one Disney princess marry another, or have an on screen gay kiss in a Disney cartoon. Or even a main character with two moms? Why does everybody keep saying that Ron wasn't gay. I never said that he was. He was just camp.

3. I doubt they ever will. Because there alot of homophobes out there that most likely wouldn't let their children watch it. :/

5. Ron wasn't gay. He ended up with Kim. I don't think anytime in the near future. I'm not against gay marriage or people who are gay, but it's too mature a subject. Children grow up with the idea that there's a mommy and a daddy and the kids. To introduce something that's as complex as sexual orientation and what that entails to the group of children that watches those disney Princess and Prince movies would be sort of ridiculous. They don't need to be trying to figure out why there are two princes kissing. Kudos to the ones that do though!
6. no i don't think they will as you know lots of people who discriminate against gay people and lesbian people will oppose which is wrong though maybe there is a slight chance as they have just got a black princes not the usual blonde barbie look even if she is a frog most of the time. hope i helped x
7. near as i can figure, none of the Disney characters has much in the way of sexual characteristics at all. but no, you're not going to see prince charming go rescue prince charming II. far, far, too much of society is not ready for that, and are actively teaching there children to be not ready for it either.
8. Walt Disney was pretty racist. In attempts to honor the man, I don't think Disney would let that happen.
9. XD LMAO. Ron wasn't gay, lawlz. But, it'd awesome if they did. I doubt that it'll happen because a lot of people don't really agree with gay relationships. Which, might I add, is completely idiotic. >:[ But, if it ever happened it would probably be man and man. Not woman and woman. Lol. Nice question~! ;P
