Stitches

Are my stitches suppose to be coming out already? Only been a week.?

I had my son on the 13th of September so it's only been a week. I had a good tear and the last couple days it's been hurting a little more and sometimes it burns when I pee. And sometimes when I'm up walking or going to the restroom it feels like a sting down there. I'm also still bleeding a bright red, it's not really heavy but also not real light. I looked today and saw one of my stitches hanging down. Should they be coming out already? And also, when the dr. stitches you do they stitch it together tight? or leave it a lil loose? bc when I look at it, that part kind of opens a lil bit and I can see my stitches pull apart a little bit. Should I call my doctor? I'm trying to take it as easy as I can but it's kind of hard w/ my husband having a broken ankle and on crutches and I have a 2 year old plus my newborn.

1. You need to call your doctor. He or she will know better and you are obviously concerned.
2. I know that my stitches came out on there own. I never had to go and have them removed and I did sting for me to pee. I think you should call the doctor and make sure that it doesn't need fixed. If it not suppose to be like that you could bleed more than you are suppose to and that could cause problems.
