How do they remove stitches from the breasts.?
I just had breast reduction and they used blue stitches. I want to know how do they remove them? Do they hurt? Thanks thank you for your answers.

- you need to ask the surgeon. if they,re the removable type, they just get pulled out. very little discomfort.
- They're probably dissolving stitches, but if they aren't, removing stitches is virtually painless, you just feel a slight tug.
- Blue stitches are typically removable and not dissolvable, although I'm sure there is always the acception to the rule. Typicall you will go into the office and either the nurse or MD will simple snip the end of the suture with tiny scissors and pull them out with tiny tweezers. There is very little to no pain involved.
- Add jam.
