can i bring knitting needles on the airplane?
im flying to LA in a few days, and im knitting a scarf. am i allowed to bring the knitting needles and the 1/2 made scarf on the plane so i can work on it? or will airplane security not let me bring them on the plane?

- You can't bring knitting needles onto a plane, as far as I know. Unless they're plastic, in which case they might, but I'm not sure.

- Yes. The TSA, the ones who make the rules, specifically state that knitting needles ARE allowed.
