how do u stitch designs into your skin using thread?

i want to start stitching designs into my skin, i want to know is there any websites that tell you about this and what type of thread should you use?

1. why in the world would you wanna do that. Just get a tattoo.
2. If I were you I would refrain from doing thus because it is a high risk situation for continual infection on the area you work on
3. What The French Toast!?!?!? Now why would you do that? It could get infected. Just get a tat like the first one said!! Less painful.
