HELP!!! need a custom EMBROIDERED hat(s) for my company I just started!?

I've been looking all over google and various search engines and have yet to find a company that has an online hat designer so I can see what my hat(s) look like before I buy a quantity of them. I would like to find a company that does custom embroidery for flat bill caps as previous experiences have turned me away from printed hats. New Era had a very good cap design program but it was only so you could design a cap to win a contest! you couldn't purchase your design! I'm trying to boost the reputation of my new company in my city right now and I was wondering if I could get some referrals to any good websites, thanks!

1. I just got my boyfriend a couple shirts off this website - www.zazzle.ca You can create your own designs on shoes, hats, shirts, all kinds of stuff. I bought shirts that already had a design on them, so i'm not sure how much it is to make your own stuff. I was impressed with the shirts.
