Where can I get custom embroideries on a leather jacket?

I'm in the military, and while in a restaurant on base yesterday I saw a Senior Chief who had a gorgeous leather motorcycle jacket with all kinds of custom embroidered patches sewn into it, including mission patches on the shoulders, strings of text on the breast listing his accomplishments, and an enormous mural-like embroidery across the back which depicted a motorcycle and the words "VETS DON'T FORGET." Now, I was afraid to ask him, because he's a Senior Chief and he looked like a serious badass, but WHERE CAN I GET A JACKET LIKE THAT? I can get the jacket itself on my own, but how does one go about getting awesome custom embroideries like that?
