How to remove dissolvable stitches in my mouth?

I had my wisdom teeth out thursday and my stitches are still present. Some are getting long and loose but i can't get them out with salty water. I have some random stitches left over and i'm pretty sure my mouth has healed. How can i remove the stitches/sterilize instruments?

1. Tweezers. Pull gently. If they have dissolved enough, they will pull right out. Do not pull the knot back through the tissue though!
2. Usually they break off or dissolve enough that they can be taken out or removed easily
3. I just had my wisdom teeth taken out on Friday. Some of the stitches started to feel loose the very next day, but they didn't start coming out until last night. I know the feeling, but I think it's best to just let them come out on their own. It'll ensure that your sockets are properly healed.
