Any Personalized blankets/covers/throws shops in Chicago, that does embroidery also.?

My girlfriend of two years is about to graduate from high school, and I'm seriously getting headaches trying to think of the perfect gift. I really want to do something personalized which led me to the idea of getting her a custom made throw or blanket with her name and Northwestern's ( The college she will be attending) colors/logo. I need help finding a place that does this.
