What is this called ?

-- Okay, I saw this certain knit hat in a magazine and I really want it .. hahaha(: It looks like a knit or crochet hat with a saggy back where maybe a person has their hair ? I think I saw it on Miley Cyrus in an article or something. Thanks!♥; xoxo

3. Its called a beret, but its obviously not the traditional "Parisian" kind.
