teddy bear supplies ?

well , i just started needlework and i want to make this cute teddy bear pattern that i have for my friend.. can anyone tell me where i can get the material in mumbai .. im pretty aprehensive about online shopping ever since a really bad experience .. please give me names and adresses/numbers of any shop you might know.. thank youuuuuuuu

1. I don't know anything about shopping in Mumbai, but don't forget that you can sometimes use material you already have to make things. Curtain fabric works quite well for toys (although sometimes it's a wee bit rough for babies) - you can get furry curtain fabric too, which is good for bears. So if you can find any fabric shop, you could get lucky - it doesn't have to be a shop specifically for toy fabric.
