My son got 5 stitches between his bottom lip and his chim on the outside and 4 inside. Can I remove myself?

The inside stitches fell out yesterday. He is supposed to have the outside stitches removed on Friday. Do you think I could do this myself at home?

ABSOLUTELY NOT. unless you are an actual doctor, don't do it at home. you could end up ripping the stiches out, and make the situation worse. ALWAYS let a professional do that!
No you should always let the Dr. remove them. They could be stuck in the tissue.
